W​CCC occupies 73,500-square-feet of space in the former sony plant, located in Westmoreland County's Ridc Park. ​WCF faced​ several design goals​ and unique product demands​ for the ​Advanced Technology Center​. Typical classrooms were replaced with​ collaborative leaning product while other classrooms were created for high end technical integration.​ open flex space ​was designated ​for amatrol "hands on" ​workbench ​learning​ and custom design was the focus for cad drafting​ labs​​.​ A Student Hub, lounge spaces and private study rooms were ​specified​ to encourage student interaction and allow​ personal time​ between classes.​ ​​In addition to faculty and staff office space, a corporate suite was installed for outside businesses to lease and participate in technical skill training​.The advanced technology center is poised to become an asset to the region and WCF is proud to be a part of it's success.
